In most cases, digital orders are fulfilled within 5 to 30 minutes after confirmation and receipt of all necessary information. During high-demand periods or unforeseen issues, slight delays may occur.

You are responsible for submitting accurate and complete information, such as Friend Codes, Game IDs, or usernames.
Failure to provide correct delivery information may cause delays or failed deliveries.
If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery window, and no delivery attempt has been made, we urge you to contact us immediately through our support channels.
We are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to deliver every order correctly and on time. However, due to the digital and customized nature of most of our products, we enforce a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:
Refunds will only be issued:
If the item was not delivered at all,
Or if the product delivered was materially incorrect or unusable due to our error.
- The refund will not include the processing fee deducted by the payment gateway during purchase and refund process
