Which games does this storefront support?
Hello Kitty Island Adventure is the first game in this preview. Pokémon and Fantasy Life i have future portal slots; they are not open in this new storefront yet.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is US$5. You can choose fewer items: a clearly labelled minimum order adjustment adds the difference in your cart. For example, US$2 of items plus a US$3 adjustment totals US$5. Adding more items reduces the adjustment, and it disappears at US$5. In other currencies, the minimum is the converted equivalent of US$5.
Can I change the currency or language?
Use the selectors at the top of the page. Your browser region suggests a display currency, and your browser language suggests a supported language; English is the fallback. Your manual choice is remembered. Converted prices are estimates; the payment currency will be confirmed at checkout.
Can you deliver to my device?
HKIA delivery supports Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch 2, Steam on PC and Apple Arcade. We cannot deliver to PS5. Check an item’s delivery details for any additional restrictions.
What does “per pack” mean?
The price buys one pack. “What you receive” shows the number of in-game items in that pack. Rare items and bundles can have different quantities, so check the listing.
What is the difference between flowers and seeds?
The individual flower listings contain plucked flowers. Use the pinned Flower seeds listing for seeds, then choose the flower type, colour and finish. Seed previews show the grown flower.
Do I need DLC?
Some items require specific DLC or content access. When we have verified a requirement, it appears beside the item and in your cart. Owning an item does not unlock its DLC.
How does delivery work?
After ordering on the existing store, send your order number in the store chat. We arrange the in-game visit with you. This local preview does not accept payments or create orders.
